2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil

Execution
Prepare the Carrots
Start by peeling the carrots and cutting them into uniform sticks or rounds for even cooking
Sauté the Carrots
Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the carrots, and cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften and turn golden.
Add the Honey and Thyme
