Execution
Cook the Spinach: If using frozen spinach, thaw and drain well. If fresh, sauté until wilted.
Combine Ingredients: Mix the spinach, chopped artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic, and seasonings. Stir in the cheeses.
Bake: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
